Overview:
We took advantage of the Copa Airline stopover program, and the InterContinental Miramar Panama Hotel was perfect for that. It has everything you need to make it feel like an all inclusive hotel. There’s a great pool that has waterfall features, which our toddler loved sitting under, and a delicious buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You can also sit in the restaurant/buffet area and order off of a menu. The location is the best part. It’s right on the water so you get stunning views. Our room was up so high! So we were able to see the whole city. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Loads of cabs on the streets so it’s easy to get somewhere. The hotel called us a cab, very early in the morning, to get back to the airport.
All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are big, clean, comfortable beds, and nice bathrooms. We had a wonderful stay, and cannot wait to come back to Panama City, Panama!

Customer Service/Kid Friendliness:
Everyone we encountered was so nice. Whenever you walk past someone, they make a point to stop what they were doing and say hello, and were very good with our daughter. The staff at the buffet were all very friendly as well.
The pool is the best place for kids! There is a smaller pool for children, but all of the water features were the best part for her.
Accessibility:
There is valet and self parking at the hotel for an extra fee. We were also able to find taxis out front and on the street on the ocean side of the hotel. It is wheelchair accessible as well.
